2 weeks 1:1 support and guidance via daily sleep logs to implement and navigate changes. Included: -Complete Detailed Intake Form -Personalised Sleep Plan -Additional Handout Information to support the sleep plan -60 min phone call to discuss the sleep plan in detail -2 weeks text support with daily check ins Mon-Sat (7-9pm) with sleep logs -20 min wrap up call to finalise 2 week support period -x1 follow up email to be used within 3 months from booking *Add On support packages available upon request *Multiple children options available upon request *From 14 weeks of age
