Our Phone Consult with Plan is the perfect option to receive a personalised sleep plan specific to your muffin and family, a detailed chat to explain the how to's and implement changes in your own time Our Phone Consult is a detailed assessment covering all aspects of sleep to help set the body clock and teach independent settling and linking of sleep cycles; both day and night. We cover aspects including environment, associations, feeding, day sleep, overnight sleep, routine, settling, medical and family history, weight for age and more. Included: -Complete Detailed Intake Form -Personalised Sleep Plan -Additional Handout Information to support the sleep plan -60 min phone call to discuss the sleep plan and how to implement in your own time -x1 follow up email to be used within 3 months from phone consult date -Implement changes in your own time *This package is per child.
